Job Description:
Responsible for managing, coordinating, and administering the projects' phase:
1. Planning:
* Project organization chart.
* Project schedule, Scope and Budget.
2. Engineering:
* Engineering Drawings and documents & Equipment Documents.
3. Procurement:
* Purchase Orders to be according to specifications, budget & schedules.
* To ensure that the Delivery of material at the site is according to schedule.
4. Construction:
* Availability and follow-up of Clear Project's milestones & defined critical paths
* Civil, Mechanical, E & I Completion Certificates.
* Availability of as-built Drawings
5. Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and Start-up:
* Finalize HAZOP, ARA and RFSR.
* Commissioning punch list items release. test (PGT)
6. Performance Test:
* Signed Performance guarantee & Singing the Final acceptance certificate with the customer Job Profile
7. Close Out Report:
* Project completed according to scope, budget and schedule & close out report
Job Requirements:
*Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering
*Experience: Minimum 6 years’ experience in projects field.
*Knowledge: project management software, MS Office, technical knowledge.
*Language: Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
*Skills: Team Player, planning skills, Problem Solving, Decision-making skills and Leadership.
