We’re looking for a quality engineer to be responsible for all All Quality activities related to Rail Transportation (PSD) construction work.
Responsibilities:
1. Construction site work: Site MEP installation ITP and quality control.
2. Set up quality management plan and ensure subcontractor’s quality performance
3. Quality contact window between the client and installation team, manage the installation, test & commissioning quality findings, receive feedbacks, complaints, analyze root cause, follow through for corrective and preventive actions, conduct both internal and external meetings, prepare weekly summary report, and presentation.
4. Incoming material inspection with customer when goods arrived in Cairo.
5. Other work assigned by project manager and QHSE manager.
Qualification:
• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Quality certification is a plus
• Good English communication in verbal and written
• Well versed in Microsoft office
• Well versed in quality management
Experiences & Requirements:
• At least 3-5 years on site MEP installation quality management experience
• Well understanding of MEP engineering and construction
• Be able to work in the environment of construction site.
• Strong coordination and organization skill
• Strong communication in verbal and written English
• Mandatory site installation experience. For manufacturing is a plus.
• Able to conduct meeting and presentation
• Strong initiative to identify and drive for quality improvement.
• Strong root cause analysis skill and drive to follow through actions.
• Need to liaise with quality team in China for action items.
