Brief of Request:
Air Liquide needed support for staffing, expat processing, and facility services for the EFS project to construct an Air Separation Unit (ASU) in Ain Sokhna, east of Cairo, Egypt. This facility will supply industrial gases to EZZ Steel's new plant under a long-term agreement. The ASU will have an oxygen production capacity of 770 tons per day, supporting the development of the Ain Sokhna area within the Suez Canal Economic Zone.
